About the Project
The Carroll County Zoning Project is undertaken by an all-volunteer committee appointed by the Area Plan Commission. This committee represents a wide range of Carroll County residents, businesses, and interests.

Montgomery County is in the beginning stages of preparing a Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinances. Could you tell me who you used as your consultant and the cost of the same.

Carroll County retained Ground Rules, Inc. from Zionsville, IN to prepare the Comprehensive Plan. The Steering Committee, under the supervision of the Area Plan Commission attorney, are preparing the zoning ordinances.
