I am at the web site (www.carrollcountyzoning.wordpress.com) trying to find the proposed ordinances that are available at the libraries. Is the draft dated in February the same as the library’s? Or, is it necessary to also download all the updates to get a complete picture?

The drafts in the Library the complete version of the “current” draft as of April 25, 2011.
The digital version of the proposed ordinances are found at the top of the navigation bar at the right – within the page marked
